01Step 1

Contact our Sales team and schedule a meeting
Review the Community and Documentation
Select a Home and complete a Reservation Agreement
Once you have completed your Buyer’s checklist we can convert your reservation into a purchase agreement!

02Step 2

Obtain a Pre-Approval Letter (commitment of funding)
Purchasing a home on a Community Land Trust can be confusing with the additional requirements and restrictions, so we need to make sure our team has reviewed your loan approval within 14 days of the reservation agreement.

03Step 3

Verify you qualify under 80% Area Median Income (AMI)
Enroll in required Buyer Education Classes
Apply for Down Payment Assistance Programs
Apply for Disaster Relief Assistance (if applicable)
All financial assistance through ACCESS will stack with the OHCS FirstHome Down Payment Assistance
